Delivery Process

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email tells you that we have received your order and will show you information such as: products ordered, order number and your shipping location.

You will receive a second email and this is your shipping confirmation. This will include your tracking details and tracking number.

On the date of delivery, you will receive a text notification of your delivery window.

Returns Information

We really hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if this is not the case you  have 14 days from delivery of your order to return it.  Please fill out the form included with the order and note the product which you wish to return on there. 

All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with original tags still attached.  Please make sure the item is in a resellable condition and does not smell of aftershaves or any other scents, It will be at our discretion to decide whether the item is in a resellable condition

We have a returns portal integrated to make your returns process as simple as possible.  Please follow the instruction below to initiate a return, you will be sent a label to return your parcel at the end of completing the process. 

How To Return Your Order

  1. Visit our returns portal - CLICK HERE
  2. Follow the instruction on screen and enter your order number and email.
  3. You can then choose to exchange the product, receive store credit or initiate a refund.
  4. Once completed you will then make payment for the return and you will be emailed the returns label.
  5. Depending on the service chosen to return you may need to print out a label, please place this onto the box your return is in and take the parcel to the selected drop off point.
  6. Once we receive your order and your items have passed our inspection, We will process your chosen option of store credit, exchange or refund. You will receive a an email once the process is complete.
Socks and undergarments are non returnable.

If you have any issues with your order being incorrect or not having the correct items sent this must be reported within 48H of the parcel being delivered.  

Tracking Your Parcel

You can track your order through your tracking number sent via email. You can also track your shipment from the text confirmation sent once the order has shipped.
