The new heavyweight tees

Something we have been working on for a while.  Using a 230GSM single jersey cotton for a substantial weight and feel, a tight neck and single stitching throughout to emulate a proper vintage t-shirt.  The single stitching technique used on these t-shirts takes substantially longer to sew than traditional modern twin needle hems.  Each item has to be opened and steamed to create a flat hem after the garment washing process to make sure every items seams lay as flat as possible

For this new style of heavyweight t-shirts we have also added hand distressing to the hems and neck to add to the vintage look.
