Extended returns period - orders from 22nd November are eligible for returns up until the 8th January. Any returned after this period will only be valid for store credit.

Orders placed after 2pm will be sent next working day (excludes bank holidays and busy sale periods).

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email tells you that we have received your order and will show you information such as: products ordered, order number and your shipping location.
You will receive a second email and this is your shipping confirmation. This will include your tracking details and tracking number.
On the date of delivery, you will receive a text notification of your delivery window.
DHL Service Point
If you know that you will not be there to receive your delivery, you can choose to pick up your order from your nearest DHL service point. You can do this through your text confirmation.
To receive your delivery from a DHL service point you will need:
Photographic ID (driving licence or passport)
Email or text confirmation from DHL
Leaving With A Neighbour
You can choose to leave your order with a neighbour by providing DHL with a house number and other details. If you choose to have this option, DHL & Summit UK do not hold responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged after it has been delivered.
If you are vacation, you can request DHL to hold your parcel for up to 30 days.

We do not offer refunds for sale items that have been returned.
If you have any issues with your order being incorrect or not having the correct items sent this must be reported within 48H of the parcel being delivered.
We only offer exchanges or store credit.
Tracking Your Parcel
You can track your order through your tracking number sent via email. You can also track your shipment from the text confirmation sent once the order has shipped.
